St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Gracie Champagne, 17, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on February 19, 2025, at 8:26 am on a warrant for battery-simple. Champagne was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Destiny James Landry, 49, Sulphur, LA, was arrested on February 19, 2025, at 4:24 pm on a probation violation and on warrant for failure to appear for the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $8,129.

 

Latoya Latraille White, 39, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on February 19, 2025, at 5:03 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,000.
