St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Rebecca Lorrine Sue Clark, 42, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 19, 2025, at 9:11 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of amphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

L'dre Marvinell Thomas, 36, Franklin, MS, was arrested on February 18, 2025, at 10:39 pm for entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden and unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Ronshell Bernice Phillips, 33, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on February 18, 2025, at 7:33 pm on the following charges:

• Switched license plate/stolen license plate
• Expired license plate
• Failure/owner to secure registration
• Proper equipment required on vehicle/inspection tag
• No insurance

Phillips was released on a $1,250 bond.
