St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Lane Michael Aucoin, 21, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on February 12, 2025, at 9:09 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

 

Lacey Racquel Nicholas, 44, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on February 12, 2025, at 9:16 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

 

Shannon Gail Wright, 34, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 13, 2025, at 12:14 am on three warrants for failure to appear for the following charges:

• Simple burglary
• Theft of less than $1,000
• Simple battery
• Theft of $25,000 or more.

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

 

Christopher Gerard Alexander, 50, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 12, 2025, at 1:39 pm for probation violation. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

 

Rosalyn Burney, 63, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 12, 2025, at 5:08 pm for resisting arrest or officer and on a warrant for assault-simple. Bail was set at $3,500.
