St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 168-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 251 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Ryan Michael Ritcher, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 17, 2025, at 1:20 pm for resisting arrest or officer, theft, domestic abuse battery by strangulation, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Nathaniel Albert Rollins, 28, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 17, 2025, at 9:38 pm for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Darrell Claude Traylor Jr., 29, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on January 19, 2025, at 2:20 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of theft of less than $1,000. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Travis Theopolis Sophus, 40, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 17, 2025, at 4:41 pm on a warrant for battery of a correctional officer (2 counts). Sophus continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Ena Simone Daigle, 54, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on January 18, 2025, at 2:02 am on a warrant for failure to appear for the following charges:

• Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession of hydrocodone
• Possession of ambien
• Possession/sale/distribution of legend drug without a prescription
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Improper lane usage

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Ronald James Winslow Sr., 65, Berwick, LA, was arrested on January 21, 2025, at 6:56 pm for reckless operation-no accident, open container, and driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $3,500.

 

Michael Edward Hanson, 62, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 23, 2025, at 4:00 pm for assault-simple and disturbing the peace-intoxicated. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Trevor Joseph Landry, 25, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on January 22, 2025, at 8:14 pm for while intoxicated and assault-simple. Bail was set at $2,500.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Hope Cubbedge, 45, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 22, 2025, at 9:49 pm for possession of schedule II (meth) and careless operation of a motor vehicle. Bail has not been set at this time.
