St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 96 -hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 143 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Mario Sylvester Wilson, 31, Gretna, LA, was arrested on December 5, 2024, at 11:31 pm on the following charges:
- Driving while intoxicated
- Open container
- Obstruction public passage
- Stopping, standing, or parking prohibited
Wilson was released on a $13,250 bond.
Iris Marie Boyer, 64, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2024, at 9:06 am for driving while intoxicated and no driver's license. Bail has not been set at this time.
Jaidyn Delasbour, 17, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2024, at 8:44 am for criminal damage to property. Bail was set at $50,000.
Sherman Deshun Thompkins, 39, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2024, at 11:33 am for criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $3,557.
Alicia Rae Bertrand, 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2024, at 8:01 am for theft and resisting arrest or officer. Bertrand also held a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:
- Theft
- Contempt of court
- Giving false information
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Possession of CDS in the presence of persons under 17
Bail was set at $15,600.
Dylan Deandre Robinson, 26, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2024, at 3:12 pm on a warrant for assault on medical personnel and battery-aggravated. Bail was set at $36,000.
Sherrie Lynn Hebert, 40, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2024, at 7:03 pm for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Calvin Mitchell Jr., 53, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 5, 2024, at 2:04 pm on the following charges:
- Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
- Manufacturing of schedule II crack cocaine
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of schedule I marijuana with intent to distribute transactions involving drug proceeds
Mitchell also held three warrants for the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $152,649.75.
Howard Ohmer, 62, Amelia, LA, was arrested on December 5, 2024, at 10:32 am on the following charges:
- Possession of schedule I synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent to distribute
- Possession of schedule II crack cocaine with intent to distribute
- Possession of firearm in the presence of CDS (2 counts)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Violation of uniform CDS law, drug-free zone
Bail was set at $131,500.
