St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24 -hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 19 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Anthony Joseph Beard, 48, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on November 12, 2024, at 3:08 pm for burglary-from a vehicle and battery-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.
