St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 120-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 160 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Phillip Kenneth Lodrigue Jr., 44, Berwick, LA, was arrested on November 8, 2024, at 11:12 am for resisting an officer by giving false information (2 counts) and criminal trespass, (2 counts).

Lodrigue also held six active warrants for the following charges:

• Theft
• Simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling
• Unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling
• Unauthorized use of a movable
• Simple criminal damage to property

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Jennifer Waleska Henriquez-Avila, 29, Houston, TX, was arrested on November 8, 2024, at 6:55 pm for theft and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

 

Shawn Paul Boudreaux, 45, Centerville, LA, was arrested on November 9, 2024, at 9:46 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal trespass. 

Boudreaux also held a a Franklin P.D. warrant for the charges of criminal trespass, attempted theft, entry on or remaining after being forbidden, and theft (2 counts). Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Tahijana Ongel Peters, 29, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 9, 2024, at 3:19 am for careless operation and driving while intoxicated. Peters was released on a $6,500 bond.

 

David Michael Bonner, 57, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 10, 2024, at 11:30 am for possession of schedule IV drugs, possession of schedule II drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $15,000.

 

Kara Lynn Foster, 34, West Lake, LA, was arrested on November 7, 2024, at 12:14 pm for kidnapping-simple. Bail was set at $80,000.
