St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 48-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 71 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Bernard Haynes Davis Sr., 55, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 4, 2024, at 7:03 am on a Franklin P.D. warrant for theft. Bail has been set at $300.

 

Jacob Thomas Alcina, 36, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 5, 2024, at 11:54 am for possession of schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $20,500.

 

Arthell Arndolph Gray, 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 5, 2024, at 11:54 am for possession of schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,500.

 

Roger Andrew Valma, 42, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 5, 2024, at 4:22 pm on a New Iberia P.D. warrant for simple assault. Valma is being held for another agency.
