St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 127 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Wilson Elias Oviedo Buezo, 28, Amelia, LA, was arrested on October 27, 2024, at 6:27 pm for open container.  Buezo was released on a $500 bond.

 

Kendrick Matthews, 34, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 26, 2024, at 7:24 pm on a Michigan warrant for the charge of wire fraud-illegal posting of messages. Matthews is being held for another agency.

 

Nery Oswaldo Corado Ordonez, 33, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on October 27, 2024, at 12:21 am for battery-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Hailee Renee Henslee, 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 27, 2024, at 1:09 pm on a warrant for failure to yield right of way and operating a vehicle while license is suspended. Bail has not been set at this time.
