St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Trent Henry Duhon, 29, Patterson, LA, was arrested on October 9, 2024, at 9:23 pm for the following charges:

• Criminal trespass
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of schedule III drug
• Illegal use of CDS in presence of persons under 17

Bail was set at $3,500.

 

Ahmaric La'Eric Troy Smith, 24, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on October 9, 2024, at 7:42 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the following charges:

• Possession/distribution/sale of legend drug without prescription
• Reckless operation of a vehicle
• Operating a vehicle without driver's license on person
• Failure to secure registration
• Operating a vehicle with obstructed windshield and/or window view
• Expired motor vehicle inspection
• Modification of exhaust system

Bail was set at $2,775.
