St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 59 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Raheem Terrell Green, 24, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2024, at 3:46 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of operating a vehicle without a driver's license and possession of marijuana. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Michael Warren Federer Jr., 33, Patterson, LA, was arrested on October 2, 2024, at 3:25 am on the following charges:

• Possession of marijuana
• Resisting a police officer with force non-aggravated (2 counts)
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Driving under suspension
• Careless operation
• Criminal damage to property-simple

Bail was set at $10,000.

 

Sabastian Newsom, 20, Berwick, LA, was arrested on October 2, 2024, at 5:11 am on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of criminal damage to property-simple and assault-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Ronald Hawkins, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2024, at 6:38 pm on the following charges:

• Improper lane use
• Aggravated flight from an officer
• Obstruction of justice
• Possession of synthetic cannabinoids

Bail was set at $29,750.
