St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 84 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Shauna A. Priestly, 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on September 27, 2024, at 3:33 pm for theft and forgery. Bail was set at $4,000.

 

Kayla Michelle Davis, 35, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on September 28, 2024, at 3:12 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $5,931.51.

 

Rodrigo Lopez-Mendez, 27, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on September 29, 2024, at 10:48 pm for hit and run, driving while intoxicated, and no driver's license. Bail was set at $6,000.

 

Tate Paul Allemand, 37, Broussard, LA, was arrested on September 27, 2024, at 4:00 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled

Bail was set at $3,000.
