St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Larry James Hatfield, 34, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on September 19, 2024, at 1:08 am for criminal trespass, entry/remaining on premises after being forbidden, and criminal damage to property-attempted. Bail was set at $2,500.

 

Jeremie Javual Watson Jr., 17, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 18, 2024, at 11:01 am on the following charges:

• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of CDS (drug-free zone)
• Unlawfully supplying any product for the purpose of falsifying a drug, urine, or alcohol screening test

Bail was set at $2,500.

 

Cody James Hill, 23, Ville Platte, LA, was arrested on September 18, 2024, at 11:01 pm for speeding. Hill was released on a $1,500 bond.
