St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 45 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Joseph Lee Robertson Sr., 60, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on September 17, 2024, at 11:42 am on three warrants for failure to appear for the charges of criminal trespass, simple burglary (2 counts), simple burglary (2 counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft. Bail was set at $200,000.

 

Dicie Elizabeth Fulks Gutierrez, 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 17, 2024, at 10:49 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Lacie Renee Santaolla, 40, Breaux Bridge, LA, was arrested on September 17, 2024, at 6:19 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,000.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Donovan Lee Robertson, 55, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on September 17, 2024, at 11:42 am for resisting an officer. Robertson was released on a $2,500 bond.
