St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Alvin Terrell Louis, 42, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 5, 2024, at 12:30 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of criminal neglect of family, duty to notify law enforcement of change of address, and failure to register as a sex offender. Bail has not been set at this time.
Kyle Hunter Derouen, 21, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on September 6, 2024, at 9:46 pm for the following charges:
- Possession of schedule I drugs
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Driving on roadway laned for traffic
- Obstruction of justice-tampering
Derouen was released on a $6,250 bond.
Devin Damar Bradley, 30, Bluffdale, UT, was arrested on September 5, 2024, at 8:37 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, and resisting an officer. Bail has not been set at this time.
Jacqueline Faith Alicea, 40, Ricohoc, LA, was arrested on September 6, 2024, at 9:42 pm for resisting an officer by giving false information. Bail was set at $2,500.
Brooke Constance Spencer, 34, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 6, 2024, at 2:36 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of theft. Bail has not been set at this time.
