St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 78 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Brandon Michael Hebert, 26, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 10, 2024, at 1:53 am for possession of marijuana and possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS. Hebert also held a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Hebert was released on a $7,500 bond.

 

Gregory Paul Harris, 43, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 9, 2024, at 9:28 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension. Harris was released on a $500 bond.

 

Humberto Fidencio Navarro-Perez, 34, Gibson, LA, was arrested on August 11, 2024, at 1:52 pm on the following charges:

• Robbery-armed
• Obstructing justice by intimidation
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Illegal possession of stolen firearms
• Unlawful production, manufacturing, distribution, or possession of fradulent documents

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Damien Aurelius Hale, 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 11, 2024, at 7:12 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated. Bail was set at $1,000.
