St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Christopher Michael Daigle, 36, Berwick, LA, was arrested on August 8, 2024, at 4:54 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of destroying legal crab traps or removing contents and using crab traps without required markings. Daigle was released on a $1,500 bond.
