St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 111 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Mindy Rochelle Gautreaux, 45, Houma, LA, was arrested on July 19, 2024, at 8:56 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Arnelge Adalid Avila-Amador, 24, Amelia, LA, was arrested on July 21, 2024, at 2:04 pm for domestic abuse battery, domestic abuse-child endangerment, and false imprisonment. Bail has been set at $10,000.

 

Jeremiah Jacob Aucoin, 42, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 21, 2024, at 11:24 am for hit and run, driving under suspension, and vehicle entering highway from private road/driveway/alley. Bail was set at $2,500.
