St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 53 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Joshua Ray Segura, 32, Broussard, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2024, at 11:57 am for violation of protective orders. Segura was released on a $3,000 bond.

 

Margaret Marie Bergeron, 36, Amelia, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2024, at 1:08 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Claude James Hebert, 49, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2024, at 11:24 am on a probation violation. Hebert was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

Roger Andrew Valma, 42, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 19, 2024, at 11:37 pm for violation of protective orders. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Dustin Michael Lovell, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 19, 2024, at 2:28 am for stopping, standing, or parking prohibited in specific areas and driving while intoxicated. Bail has not been set at this time.
