St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Roscoe Lamar Sasnett, 32, Epps, LA, was arrested on June 13, 2024, at 2:33 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated and emanation of excessive sound or noise. Bail was set at $1,500.

Wayne Curtis Demarco Jr., 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 13, 2024, at 1:05 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family.  Bail was set at $500.
