Arrest Report - March 30, 2017

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 42 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Blayde D. Viator, 18, 106 Watson Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on march 29, 2017 at 12:24 pm for possession of Schedule I (marijuana) and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone).

 

Juvenile male, 15, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on March 29, 2017 at 2:04 pm for possession of Schedule I (marijuana).

 

School resource officers investigated a report from administrators at Patterson High School. Deputies found evidence that Viator and the juvenile male smoked marijuana outside prior to the start of the school day. Viator was released on a summons to appear in court on June 13, 2017. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Quentin Henry, 30, 7261 Highway 182 Centerville, LA was arrested on March 29, 2017 at 10:47 am on a City Court of Morgan City warrant for failure to appear on the charge of telephone harassment. A deputy received information on Henry’s whereabouts and located him at a business on Highway 90. Henry was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $415.

 

Charlotte Davis, 51, 2618 5th Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on March 29, 2017 at 12:12 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension. A deputy located Davis at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Morgan City. Davis was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Davis was released on a $2,000 bond.

 

Edmond R. Robertson, 59, 112 Jolivette Street, Baldwin, LA was arrested on March 29, 2017 at 3:31 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of domestic abuse, aggravated battery, and aggravated assault. A deputy assigned to the Warrants Section located Robertson at his residence and transported him to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $10,000.

 

Kendall Hines, 35, Jeanerette, LA was additionally charged with entering contraband into a penal institution on March 29, 2017 at 5:24 pm. Hines is an inmate at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. During a search of a dorm, correctional officers located a cell phone on Hines' person. He remains incarcerated.
