Arrest Report - March 22, 2017

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Annette Mabile, 54, 107 Timothy Street, Pierre Part, LA was arrested on March 21, 2017 at 3:22 pm on a 2005 St. Martin Parish warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. A deputy responding to a separate complaint in Bayou Vista came into contact with Mabile and located the active warrant for her arrest. Mabile was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking and released on a summons to appear in court on June 13, 2017.

 

Aaron Gore, 21, 2106 St. Charles Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on March 22, 2017 at 12:28 am for speeding. A deputy traveling on US Highway 90 in Patterson observed a vehicle speeding 76 miles per hour in a posted 45 miles per hour construction zone. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the driver, identified as Gore. Gore was released on a summons to appear in court on June 13, 2017.

 

Bernard A. Charles, Jr., 27, 429 Big Four Corners Road, Four Corners, LA was arrested on march 21, 2017 at 7:00 pm on a warrant for simple battery. The warrant stems from an investigation in Four Corners into a battery complaint that was received in early February. A deputy collected evidence that Charles struck a female victim in the face. Deputies located Charles at a residence in Four Corners on the warrant and transported him to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Charles was released on a $2,500 bond.
