Arrest Report - January 26, 2017

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 44 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Nicole Tabor, 29, 800 East Winder Apt #27, Thibodaux, LA was booked at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on January 25, 2017 at 4:25 pm on a warrant for simple battery. During the investigation into a disturbance on Carol Road on January 20, 2017, detectives collected evidence that a second suspect, identified as Tabor, went to the residence and engaged in a fight with a female victim. Detectives obtained a warrant for her arrest on the charge of simple battery. Detectives located Tabor in Terrebonne Parish on Monday, January 23, 2017 and arrested by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office on the warrant from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office. Tabor was transported to the Terrebonne Parish jail pending transfer to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Bail is set at $2,500. The investigation is ongoing. Bryce J. Dupuis, 23, 1612 Hopkins Street, New Iberia, LA was arrested on January 25, 2017 at 3:01 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of codeine, taking commercial fish without a commercial gear license, failure to mark softshell crab container/improper molting stage, theft, and failure to have commercial license in possession. Dupuis was also charged on a warrant for failure to appear for possession/distribution/sale of a Legend Drug without a prescription. A correctional officer transported Dupuis from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Bail is set at $22,000.

 

Kayla Davis, 27, 111 Moon Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on January 25, 2017 at 6:52 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis contacted the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office stating that she wanted to turn herself in on an active warrant. Davis turned herself in to a deputy in the parking lot of a business in Bayou Vista. Davis was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $1,500.
