Arrest Report September 16, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Danielle Jackson, 409 Johnson Ridge Road, Thibodaux, LA was arrested on September 15, 2014 at 11:51 am on a warrant for prostitution. A deputy transported Jackson from the Terrebonne Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville on the warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation that began in July into a complaint of prostitution at a lounge on Highway 182 in Amelia. Jackson was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

Michael Brossette, 25, 101 Three B’s Lane, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on September 15, 2014 at 3:14 pm for theft of goods. A deputy responded to a complaint of theft at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from store personnel that Brossette was seen concealing items beneath his shirt. Brossette was released on a summons to appear in court on November 24, 2014.

 

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:

                                        

Lydia Cruz, 28, 911 Chestnut Drive, Morgan City, LA was arrested on September 15, 2014 at 8:45 pm on the following offenses:

- Warrant for possession of marijuana second offense and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile

- Warrant for failure to appear on the charge illegal possession of stolen things

- Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple criminal damage to property

Detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division located Cruz at her residence on the warrant. Cruz was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
