Arrest Report - November 14, 2016

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 96-hour Veterans Day weekend reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 123 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Andrew Watson, 23, 103 Lena Street, Lafayette, LA was arrested on November 10, 2016 at 5:18 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. A correctional officer transported Watson from the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrant. Watson was released on a $1,500 bond.

 

Marcus Gray, 31, 308 Easy Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on November 11, 2016 at 5:53 am for domestic abuse battery. A dispatcher was notified by St. Mary 911 of a hang-up call from a residence in Franklin. Deputies went to the residence, spoke with several subjects, and found evidence that Gray struck a female victim in the face. Gray was transported to the parish jail for booking. Gray was released after posting a $2,500 bond.

 

Talesha Cooley, 32, 162 Dupre Street, Houma, LA was arrested on November 10, 2016 at 9:53 pm on a 32nd Judicial District warrant for failure to appear for drug court. A deputy dispatched to a complaint of a disturbance in Bayou Vista made contact with Cooley and located the active warrant for her arrest. Cooley was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Cory Fernandez, 27, 120 Terrebonne Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on November 11, 2016 at 4:56 pm for unauthorized use of an access card as theft. A deputy investigating a complaint of the unauthorized use of a credit card collected evidence that Fernandez used the victim’s card without the card holder’s permission. Fernandez was released on a summons to appear in court on February 3, 2017.

 

Suzette Stewart, 50, 350 Railroad Avenue, Houma, LA was arrested on November 11, 2016 at 6:54 pm for no motor vehicle insurance. A deputy responded to a report of a medical emergency at the intersection of Barrow Street and Lake Palourde Road in Amelia and made contact with the subjects involved. The deputy learned that two pedestrians walked in front of a vehicle that was turning onto Barrow Street. No major injuries were reported. The deputy also found that the driver of the vehicle, Stewart, was operating the car without insurance. Stewart was released on a summons to appear in court on February 3, 2017.

 

Tiffany Talbot, 27, 5012 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, LA was arrested on November 11, 2016 at 9:30 pm for domestic abuse battery. A deputy responded to a report of domestic abuse at a residence in Charenton. The deputy found evidence that Talbot struck a male victim multiple times during an argument between the two. Talbot was transported to the parish jail for booking. Talbot was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Alexandria Breaux, 26, 1433 Fairmont Avenue, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on November 11, 2016 at 9:03 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, expired motor vehicle inspection, and driving with a suspended license. A deputy transported Breaux from Assumption Parish to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrant. Breaux was released on a summons to appear in court on February 3, 2017.

 

Stephen A. Boyd, Jr., 28, 308 Ratcliff Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on November 12, 2016 at 12:21 pm for violation of protective orders and simple burglary (vehicle). A deputy responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in Ricohoc. During the investigation, the deputy found that Boyd followed a female victim to her residence and took the victim’s purse from her vehicle. The deputy also found that Boyd’s interaction with the victim violated court protective orders. Boyd was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Angela Boudreaux, 41, 312 ½ Egle Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on November 12, 2016 at 2:18 pm on 2 warrants for issuing worthless checks. A deputy made contact with Boudreaux at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center and located the active warrants for her arrest. Boudreaux was released on a summons to appear in court on February 3, 2017.

 

Kristy Ribardi, 38, 106 Home Lane, Berwick, LA was arrested on November 12, 2016 at 3:42 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Ribardi turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Morgan City. A deputy transported her to the parish jail for booking. Ribardi was released on a $350 bond.

 

Dylan Leblanc, 23, 139 Big Bear Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on November 13, 2016 at 11:12 pm for simple battery and disturbing the peace. A deputy patrolling the Franklin area was flagged down by subject who reported a fight in progress on Big Bear Lane. The deputy went to the location and observed a male subject yelling at a female subject. The deputy identified the male subject as Leblanc. The deputy spoke with several subjects at the location and found evidence that Leblanc struck the female victim in the face, pushed her to the ground, and kicked her. Leblanc was transported to the parish jail for booking. Leblanc was released after posting a $3,500 bond.
