Arrest Report September 10, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Amy Dehart, 32, 110 Circle Drive, Morgan City, LA was arrested on September 9, 2014 at 7:16 am for reckless operation of a motor vehicle. A deputy patrolling the Morgan City area conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding on Highway 70. The deputy issued Dehart, the driver of the vehicle, a citation for the violation. After receiving the citation, Dehart accelerated at a high rate of speed nearly striking the deputy’s foot. The deputy conducted a second traffic stop during which Dehart was charged with the additional offense. The deputy released Dehart on a summons to appear on court on November 24, 2014.

 

Carlin D. Stelly, 36, 202 Foot Street, Kaplan, LA was arrested on September 9, 2014 at 10:16 pm on 3 warrants for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of second degree battery. Stelly was transferred from another jurisdiction to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrants. No bail is set.

 

Shawn Boudreaux, 35, 179 Martin Road, Centerville, LA was arrested on September 9, 2014 at 2:26 pm for disturbing the peace. While booking Boudreaux at the parish jail, a deputy learned of the active warrant. No bail is set.

 

Bradley M. Dauphine, 21, 701 A Mixon Street, New Iberia, LA was arrested on September 9, 2014 at 5:32 pm on a warrant for probation violation. A deputy transported Dauphine from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrant. Bail is set at $10,000.
