Arrest Report September 9, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 30 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Robert K. Phillip Jr., 55, 198 Highway 1012 Napoleonville, LA was arrested on September 8, 2014 at 11:50 am on a warrant for probation violation. A deputy transported Phillip from the Assumption Parish jail to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center on the warrant. No bail is set.

 

Grace A. Loustalot, 24, 1209 Cayce Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 8, 2014 at 7:29 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of theft and criminal trespass. Loustalot turned herself in at the parish jail on a court order. During the booking process, a deputy learned of the active warrant. No bail is set.

 

Alison T. Chenevert, 34, 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on September 8, 2014 at 8:23 pm for license plate light required, driving with a suspended license, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of improper child restraint, smoking in a vehicle prohibited, and driving under suspension. A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area observed a vehicle with no license plate light and conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Middle and David Roads. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Chenevert, and learned of the warrant for her arrest. The deputy transported Chenevert to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $11,500.

 

Amanda W. Ramos, 29, 123 Burchfield Lane, Berwick, LA was arrested on September 8, 2014 at 11:05 pm on an Assumption Parish warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods. A deputy patrolling the Amelia area observed a suspicious vehicle parked near a vacant residence with two subjects inside. The deputy made contact with one of the subjects, identified as Ramos. While speaking with Ramos, the deputy discovered that she held an active warrant for her arrest. During the arrest, the second subject fled from the area. The deputy transported Ramos to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Fernando Guerrero, 29, 322 Charlotte Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 9, 2014 at 12:42 am on a warrant Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear on the charges of contempt of court and speeding. A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area observed a vehicle parked on the shoulder of Highway 182. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Guerrero. While speaking with Guerrero, the deputy learned of the active warrant for his arrest. The deputy transported Guerrero to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
