Arrest Report - October 13, 2016

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:

 

O’Quinn Lockett, 29, 1123 Hwy 318 Four Corners, LA was arrested on October 12, 2016 at 5:50 pm on the following charges:

- Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute (over 28 grams)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possession of firearm by convicted felon

- Possession of firearm in presence of a controlled dangerous substance

- Resisting an officer (by flight)

- Monetary instrument abuse

- Cruelty to animals

 

Juneisha Enakele-Gray, 25, 1123 Hwy 318 Four Corners, LA was arrested on October 12, 2016 at 5:50 pm on the following charges:

- Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possession of firearm in presence of a controlled dangerous substance

- Monetary instrument abuse

 

Larry Robertson, 23, 1123 Hwy 318 Four Corners, LA was arrested on October 12, 2016 at 5:50 pm on the following charges:

- Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute

- Possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute

- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possession of firearm in presence of a controlled dangerous substance

- Possession of firearm by convicted felon

- Monetary instrument abuse

 

Zharia Nico, 19, 1123 Hwy 318 Four Corners, LA was arrested on October 12, 2016 at 5:50 pm on the following charges:

- Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute

- Possession of marijuana

- Possession of crack cocaine

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possession of firearm in presence of a controlled dangerous substance

- Monetary instrument abuse

 

Detectives of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Section developed information about illegal drug activity taking place at a residence in Four Corners. Detectives obtained a search warrant for 1123 Highway 318. When detectives arrived at the location, Lockett saw them and fled on foot. Detectives quickly apprehended and detained him. During the search of the residence, detectives located a substantial amount of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $5,000. Detectives also found crack cocaine, marijuana, counterfeit money, a firearm, and items of drug paraphernalia. During the investigation, detectives observed a dog that was tied to a tree with a short rope. Checking on the dog, they found that no food, water, or shelter was provided and that the animal appeared to be malnourished. Detectives contacted animal control to remove the dog from the residence. All 4 suspects were transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Ricky Simpson, 57, 104 Pecot Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on October 12, 2016 at 4:21 pm for driving with a suspended license. A deputy assisting narcotics detectives with a search warrant at a residence on Highway 318 made contact with Simpson who was sitting in the driver’s seat of a running SUV that was parked in the driveway. While speaking with Simpson, the deputy learned that he drove to the residence operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. After his arrest, the deputy observed that Simpson was having difficulty breathing and contacted Acadian Ambulance. Simpson was transported to Franklin Foundation Hospital for treatment. Simpson was released on a summons to appear in court on January 4, 2017.

 

Larry C. Rebardi, 58, 467 Hunting Road, Ricohoc, LA was arrested on October 12, 2016 at 3:20 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. A deputy located Rebardi at his residence on the warrant. On April 6, 2016, a deputy responded to a report of domestic abuse at a residence in Ricohoc. During the course of the investigation, the deputy gathered evidence that Rebardi shoved a female victim to the ground outside the residence. Rebardi was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

David Battaglia, 50, 144 Marine Drive, Schriever, LA was arrested on October 13, 2016 at 1:06 am for speeding and driving while intoxicated, 3rd offense. A deputy observed a vehicle traveling at 60 miles per hour in a posted 45 miles per hour zone on Highway 182 in Morgan City near Siracusa. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Battaglia. While speaking with him, the deputy smelled the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person. The deputy also observed him swaying as he walked and slurring his speech. Following the investigation, Battaglia was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
