Arrest Report - July 18, 2016

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 108 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Nikeria Jefferson, 22. 2237 Mazant Street, New Orleans, LA was arrested on July 15, 2016 at 10:53 am for possession of marijuana. A deputy patrolling Highway 90 in Amelia observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy made contact with the driver, Jefferson, and smelled the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle to search the car and located a small amount of marijuana wrapped in cellophane. Jefferson was released on a summons to appear in court on October Jefferson was also issued a citation for speeding.

 

Daniel P. Guillotte, 43, 3213 East Old Spanish Trail, Lot #9, New Iberia, LA was arrested on July 15, 2016 at 4:08 pm on a warrant for probation violation. A correctional officer transported Guillotte from the Terrebonne Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville on the warrant. Guillotte was released on a $300 bond.

 

Patricia Gray, 48, 1710 Guyther Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on July 15, 2016 at 10:58 pm for driving under suspension and on a warrant from Patterson Police for failure to appear on the charge of no tail lights. A deputy responding to a complaint made contact with Gray who was in a vehicle in the parking lot of a business on Highway 90 in Bayou Vista. While speaking with her, the deputy learned that she was operating the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and had an active warrant for her arrest. The deputy transported Gray to the parish jail for booking. Gray was later transferred to the Patterson Police Department jail on the warrant.

 

Miranda Brown, 23, 115 A Elaine Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on July 16, 2016 at 5:30 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Brown was transported to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center from Assumption Parish. Bail is set at $100,000.

 

 

Laura L. Vice, 46, 600 Superior Lane, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 16, 2016 at 9:35 pm for domestic abuse battery.

 

Roy Louviere, Jr., 43, 600 Superior Lane, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 16, 2016 at 9:45 pm for domestic abuse battery.

 

A deputy responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in Bayou Vista. During the course of the investigation, the deputy collected evidence that Vice and Louviere committed a battery upon each other during an argument. Both subjects were transported to the parish jail for booking. Vice and Louviere were released on a $1,500 bond.

 

 

Steven Morris, 29, 113 Vista Village Lane, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July 17, 2016 at 5:50 am for domestic abuse battery (in the presence of a juvenile). A deputy responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in Bayou Vista. Through the investigation, the deputy found evidence that Morris struck a female victim several times in the presence of a juvenile. Morris was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Clifton J. Vining, Jr., 46, 114 B Southeast Boulevard, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on July, 17, 2016 at 6:05 am for misuse of 911. Deputies responded to a 911 call of a stabbing at Vining’s residence. Deputies made contact with the complainant, identified as Vining, and found that he was uninjured. Following an investigation, the complaint was found to be false and Vining was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $250.

 

Brontre L. Druilhet, 25, 156 St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on July 17, 2016 at 10:57 pm for the following offenses:

- Improper lane usage

- Driving under suspension

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possession of marijuana

A deputy patrolling Baldwin observed a vehicle on Martin Luther King Road swerve off of the roadway and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy made contact with the driver, Druilhet, and smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The deputy also found that Druilhet was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. During a search of the car, the deputy located a container with two small bags of marijuana inside and cigar paper. Druilhet was transported to the parish jail for booking. Druilhet was released on a $4,750 bond.

 

Dontrell Colbert, 20, 626 Bollard Street, Baldwin, LA was arrested on July 17, 2016 at 6:49 pm for the following offenses:

- Criminal trespass

- Disturbing the peace

- Possession of marijuana

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

A deputy responded to a report of a disturbance on Road Lane in Baldwin and made contact with Colbert. Through the investigation, the deputy found evidence that Colbert went to a male victim’s residence and began yelling at him causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. Following his arrest, deputies located a marijuana cigarette, a digital scale, and packs of cigars in a backpack Colbert was carrying. Colbert was transported to the parish jail for booking. Colbert was released on a $4,500 bond.
