Arrest Report - March 22, 2016

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 26 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Bryce J. Tabor, 21, 105 Hendricks Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on March 21, 2016 at 11:17 am on the following charges:

- Warrant for cyberstalking and telephone harassment

- 2 warrants from Lafourche Parish for possession of synthetic cannabinoids, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage, and failure to pay fines

In March, a detective with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into a report of harassment. The detective found evidence that Tabor attempted to contact a female victim over 5 dozen times and made threats on the victim’s life and the lives of others via phone and social media. The detective obtained a warrant for Tabor’s arrest and subsequently located him at his residence. Tabor was also wanted on active warrants from Lafourche Parish. No bail is set.

 

Kathryn Vines, 43, 1401 West Over Drive, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on March 21, 2016 at 12:56 pm on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Vines turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin. Vines was released on a summons to appear in court on May 27, 2016. This arrest was made on a warrant that is part of the Spring Cleaning operation (see 3.16.16 release).

 

Antonie Jones, 26, 136 Georgetown Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on March 21, 216 at 9:55 pm for driver must be licensed (no driver’s license) and possession of synthetic cannabinoids. A deputy traveling on Highway 182 in the Baldwin area observed a vehicle with no visible license plate and conducted a traffic stop. While speaking with the driver, Jones, the deputy learned that he was driving without a license. The deputy also smelled the odor of burning marijuana coming from the vehicle. During the traffic stop investigation, the deputy received consent to search and located a small plastic baggie containing synthetic cannabinoids on Jones’ person. Jones was released on a summons to appear in court on May 27, 2016.
