Arrest Report- December 1, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 25 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

 

 

Addie Geneve Breaux, 33, 323 Shell Beach Rd, Pierre Part LA, was arrested on November 30, 2015 at 3:35pm for theft of goods. A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area responded to a shoplifting complaint at a local business. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Breaux walked out of the store wearing slippers that she did not pay for. Breaux was released on a summons to appear in court on February 11, 2016.

 

Willis Morris Jenkins III, 37, 1006 Willow St, Franklin LA, was arrested on December 1, 2015 at 1:03am on the following charges:

  • - No tail lights
  • - No driver’s license
  • - Possession of a schedule I narcotic
  • - Possession of drug paraphernalia

 

A deputy assigned to patrol the Baldwin area observed a vehicle traveling North on Highway 83 without any functioning tail lights. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the driver, Jenkins. During the course of the stop, Jenkins was found to not have a driver’s license. A search of the Jenkins’ vehicle was conducted and yielded marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Jenkins was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $4,000.
