According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Jeremy Godeaux, 34, 3008 Creole Dr, Houma LA, was arrested on November 9, 2015 at 1:47pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Godeaux was transported from the Terrebonne Parish Jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $5,784.73.
Son Thai Nguyen, 40, 608 Cypress St, Amelia LA, was arrested on November 9, 2015 at 1:56pm for two warrants, both for failure to appear on charges of driving under suspension. A deputy assigned to patrol the Amelia area located Nguyen at his residence and learned of the warrants for his arrest. Nguyen was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
Aaron Dinger, 23, 168 Pacific St, Berwick LA, was arrested on November 9, 2015 at 3:07pm on the following warrants:
- Failure to appear on charges of illegal possession of stolen things over $1,500, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
- Failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids
A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area located Dinger on Highway 90 after learning of his warrants. Dinger was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $200,000.
Freddy Borne, 37, 264 Highway 318, Jeanerette LA, was arrested on November 9, 2015 at 8:11pm on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of criminal neglect of family. A deputy assigned to patrol the Jeanerette area located Borne on Highway 318. Borne was transported to the St Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $4,547.78.
Leanna Gresco, 24, 3111 Highway 70, Morgan City LA, was arrested on November 10, 2015 at 12:09am on charges of aggravated assault and driving under suspension. Deputies responded to a disturbance on Pluto St after receiving reports that a driver attempted to strike a male subject with a vehicle. Deputies located the driver, Gresco, and learned that she had gotten into a verbal altercation with a male subject and attempted to hit him with the vehicle she was driving. Deputies also discovered that Gresco was operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Gresco was transported to the Parish Jail. No bail is set.
According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Robert Barrilleaux, 28, 153 Mars Rd Apt 1, Bayou Vista LA, was arrested on November 6, 2015 at 3:32pm on the charge of possession of marijuana.
Detectives with the St Mary Parish Narcotics Division responded to a call concerning illegal drug activity at a residence on Field Rd in Bayou Vista. During the investigation, detectives made contact with Barrilleaux and found marijuana in his possession. Barrilleaux was transported to the parish jail. He was later released on a summons to appear in court on February 11, 2016.
