Arrest Report - October 28, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Dennis Bordelon, 56, 376 Verdun Lane, Centerville, LA was arrested on October 27, 2015 at 3:50 pm for domestic abuse battery and resisting an officer. Deputies responded to a report of domestic violence at a residence in Centerville. Upon arrival, deputies made contact the suspect, later identified as Bordelon. While detaining Bordelon, he began to forcefully pull away from deputies and began yelling and screaming. Through the course of the investigation, deputies learned that Bordelon punched a female victim in the face. Bordelon was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Kentrell Diggs, 23, 428 Lagonda Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested pm October 27, 2015 at 4:25 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, failure to use seat belts, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license, and failure to honor written promise to appear. A deputy transported Diggs to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center from the Terrebonne Parish jail on the warrant. Diggs was released on a $324.50 bond.

 

Wendell Chauvin, 55, 531 Teche Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on October 28, 2015 at 3:08 am for aggravated assault and criminal damage to property. A deputy responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that Chauvin was yelling at two female subjects that he knew when they went into a bedroom and locked the door. Chauvin then used a kitchen knife to break the molding off of the door and confronted the two female victims while holding the knife. The deputy transported Chauvin to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
