Arrest Report - September 9, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 42 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Kenneth Lee, 36, 123 Gum Point Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 8, 2015 at 8:32 am on a warrant for obscenity. A deputy investigating a complaint of obscenity learned that Lee pulled down his pants and exposed himself to a passing vehicle on Irish Bend Road. A warrant was obtained for his arrest. A deputy located Lee at his residence on the warrant. Lee was released on a recognizance bond.

 

Marjorie R. Ruffin, 25, 421 ½ O’Neal Chube Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 8, 2015 at 12:51 pm on two warrants for failure to appear for a drug court status conference. A deputy located Ruffin at her residence on the warrants. Bail is set at $200,000.

 

Roy A. Haisley, 41, 616 St. Jules Avenue, New Iberia, LA was arrested on September 8, 2015 at 1:36 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Haisley was transported from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center and booked on the warrants. Bail is set at $18, 453.54.

 

Jennifer Monssen, 37, 1145 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, LA was arrested on September 8, 2015 at 4:13 pm on two warrants for issuing worthless checks. Monssen turned herself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin. She was released on a summons to appear in court on December 7, 2015.

 

Jose Ventura, 31, 2403 Second Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on September 8, 2015 at 6:31 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Ventura was transported from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for housing and booked on the warrant. No bail is set.

 

Mark Buteaux, 47, 128 Shady Grove Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 8, 2015 at 7:13 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal trespassing and on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. A deputy received information from a regarding the current whereabouts of Buteaux, who was wanted on warrants. The deputy located Buteaux at his residence and transported to the parish jail. No bail is set.
