Arrest Report - August 31, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72 hour weekend reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 119 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Kimberly Cullen, 41, 5808 Romero Road, Youngsville, LA was arrested on August 28, 2015 at 9:01 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. A deputy transported Cullen from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

 

Brennan Skinner, 23, 1061 Grace Street, Siracusaville, LA was arrested on August 28, 2015 at 9:46 am on a warrant for disturbing the peace (fighting). Skinner turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on an administrative sanction. During booking, a jailer located an active warrant for his arrest. The warrant is the result of an investigation into a complaint of a fight on Grace Street near Joseph Street on August 16, 2015. When the deputy arrived, he encountered a group of people standing on the corner of Joseph and Ciro Streets and learned that three male subjects were involved in a fight. Through the course of the investigation, the deputy determined that two of the subjects, identified as Cedric Gant and Skinner, were the aggressors in the altercation. Gant was arrested on August 16, 2015 and a warrant was obtained for Skinner’s arrest. Skinner was released after posting $500 bond.

 

Apriele Coleman, 23, 127 Martin Luther King Road, Baldwin, LA was arrested on August 28, 2015 at 1:28 pm on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. A deputy patrolling the Baldwin area observed Coleman exiting her residence. The deputy knew that Coleman was wanted on the active warrants. The deputy transported her to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $200,000.

 

Christopher Guidroz, 33, 177 North Mills Street, Arnaudville, LA was arrested on August 28, 2015 at 2:47 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of resisting an officer by providing false information and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of theft and remaining where forbidden. A deputy transported Guidroz from the St. Martinville Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrants. No bail is set.

 

Ronald Lena, 41, 843 Camp Street, New Orleans, LA was arrested on August 28, 2015 at 5:08 pm for illegal possession of stolen things and on a warrant from Calhoun County Florida for criminal use personal identification information (identity theft).

Brandy Guidry, 32, 134 Pitre Street, Houma, LA was arrested on August 28, 2015 at 5:08 pm for theft of goods and on a warrant from Terrebonne Parish for failure to appear on the charges of theft of goods and theft of goods ($500 or more).

Leroy Dardar, 43, 148 Texas Gulf Road, Bourg, LA was arrested on August 28, 2015 at 5:08 pm for theft of goods.

Deputies responded to a report of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. With the assistance of Patterson Police, deputies located three suspects identified as Lena, Guidry, and Dardar. During the course of the investigation, deputies learned that Guidry and Dardar concealed bottles of liquor beneath their clothing and left the store without paying for the items. Guidry and Dardar then placed the stolen goods in a truck being driven by Lena. Deputies determined that Lena knew that Guidry and Dardar stole the liquor. Deputies also located active warrants for Lena and Guidry. All three subjects were transported to the parish jail for booking. Dardar was released on a summons to appear in court on November 17, 2015. No bail is set for Guidry and Lena.

 

Brandon Jordan, 20, 127 Inez Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on August 29, 2015 at 11:33 pm on a warrant for unauthorized use of an access card. While assisting Chitimacha Police on a complaint, a deputy made contact with Jordon at a residence on Jena Street in Charenton and located the active warrant for his arrest. The warrant is the result of an investigation into a complaint of unauthorized use of a debit card. A detective identified Jordan as the subject who used a debit card twice at a convenience store in Franklin without the owner’s permission. The deputy transported Jordan to the parish jail for booking. Jordan was later released on a summons to appear in court on November 17, 2015.

 

Russell Breaux, 49, 100 Olive Lane, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 30, 2015 at 12:49 pm for criminal damage to property. A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance in progress at a residence on Diana Lane in the Patterson area. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Breaux damaged a door inside the residence during a confrontation with another subject. Breaux was released on a summons to appear in court on November 17, 2015.
