According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Gregg Trosclair, 29, 114 Charenton Road, Baldwin, LA was arrested on August 20, 2015 at 1:48 pm for failure to appear on the charges of failure to comply with boating safety education requirements and expired boat registration. Trosclair turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and later released on a $250 bond.
Christen J. Brown, 34, 1039 Highway 70 Pierre Part, LA was arrested on August 20, 2015 at 2:09 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference. A deputy informed the ST. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office of the active warrant for Brown’s arrest. A deputy with that agency located Brown and made the arrest. Brown was transported from St. Martin Parish to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.
Carrie J. Carlisle, 20, 3105 Highway 70, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 20, 2015 at 5:07 pm for theft of goods. A deputy was dispatched to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. A deputy learned from store personnel that Carlisle concealed items in a diaper bag before leaving the store without paying for the goods. The deputy made contact with Carlisle. While speaking to her, she admitted that she did hide the items and did attempt to leave the store without paying for them. The deputy released Carlisle on a summons to appear in court on November 17, 2015.
