Arrest Report - August 10, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72 hour weekend reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 98 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Juvenile male, 15, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on August 7, 2015 at 12:24 pm for aggravated assault, criminal trespass, and possession of tobacco products by a minor. A deputy was dispatched to a complaint of trespassing on Moresi Road in Sorrel. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that the trespasser, a juvenile subject, pointed a BB gun at a female victim several times before walking into nearby sugarcane field. The deputy located the juvenile and found the BB gun and several cigars in the juvenile’s possession. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Curtis A. Richard, 38, 210 Glenwood Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 7, 2015 at 6:43 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of destroying legal crab traps or removing contents and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license and operating a vehicle with an unlit license plate. A deputy responding to a request to standby made contact with Richard at a business on Highway 182 in Bayou Vista and located the active warrants for his arrest. No bail is set.

 

Dakota Sauce, 17, 117 Taryn Lane, Ricohoc, LA was arrested on August 8, 2015 at 11:59 am for criminal trespass, remaining where forbidden, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

 

Juvenile female, 16, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 8, 2015 at 12:15 pm for criminal damage to property and ungovernable juvenile.

 

A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a residence in the Patterson area. The deputy learned that Sauce was inside a residence with the juvenile. Sauce had previously been told not to enter the home. A deputy located Sauce at the Calumet Boat Launch. Also during the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that the juvenile female threw a female victim’s cell phone to the ground damaging it. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings. Sauce was transported to the parish jail for booking.

 

Allen Guillotte, Jr., 47, 11407 Highway 182 Apt. B, Franklin, LA was arrested on August 8, 2015 at 1:54 pm for domestic abuse battery. A deputy responded to a complaint of domestic abuse at a residence in Franklin. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Guillotte threw a glass of ice at a female victim and struck her on the arm and leg. The victim sustained a laceration to her lip and bruises on her arm. The deputy transported Guillotte to the parish jail for booking. Guillotte was released after posting $5,000 bond.

 

Christopher L. Lacaze, 36, 1510 North Third Street #1, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 9, 2015 at 7:37 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving while intoxicated, a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family, and three warrants for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. A deputy made contact with Lacaze near the intersection of Field and Middle Roads and learned of the active warrants for his arrest. The deputy transported Lacaze to the parish jail. No bail is set.

 

Abdul M. Tate, 20, 616 Cypremort Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on August 9, 2015 at 8:37 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of unlawful playing of gaming devices by persons under 21. A deputy responding to a report of a stranded motorist on Highway 182 in the Baldwin area encountered several subjects changing a tire on the side of the roadway. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Tate, and located the active warrant for his arrest. The deputy transported Tate to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
