Arrest Report - July 2, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 53 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Dylan Oubre, 27, 4354 Highway 182, Patterson, LA was arrested on July 1, 2015 at 3:57 pm for simple burglary and resisting an officer. A deputy investigating a complaint of a residential burglary in the Patterson area developed Oubre as a suspect. The deputy located Oubre at his residence. While speaking with the suspect, the deputy learned that Oubre entered the residence without the permission of the owner and took several items including a wrist watch and prescription medication. Oubre knew the victim and had knowledge of where the items were located in the home. While being taken into custody, Oubre repeatedly pulled away from the deputy in an attempt to break free. The deputy transported Oubre to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Derrick White, 34, 156 Rogers Lane, Charenton, LA was arrested on July 1, 2015 at 1:30 pm for simple obstruction of a highway. A deputy responded to a complaint of a subject standing in the roadway. The deputy learned that White stepped into the lane of travel on Martin Luther King Road as a vehicle was approaching. The deputy released White on a summons to appear in court on October 14, 2015.

 

Christina Breaux, 22, 113 Diane Lane, Patterson, LA was arrested on July 1, 2015 at 7:01 pm on a warrant for theft. The warrant is the result of an investigation into a complaint of theft at residence in Bayou Vista. The deputy learned that Breaux stole prescription medication from the home of the victim while she was visiting the residence. The deputy located Breaux near her residence on the warrant and transported her to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
