Arrest Report - June 1, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 100 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Edward L. Williams, 39, 129 ½ Friendship Alley, Amelia, LA was arrested on May 30, 2015 at 12:02 am on a warrant for simple battery. The November 2013 warrant was obtained after an investigation into a complaint of a battery in which Williams punched a female victim in the face. A deputy assigned to patrol the Amelia area made contact with Williams on Lake Palourde Road and learned of the active warrant for his arrest. The deputy transported Williams to the parish jail for booking. Williams was released after posting a $500 bond.

 

Curtis G. Fuselier, 25, 254 Easy Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on May 30, 2015 at 3:21 am for battery of a police officer, criminal damage to property, and resisting an officer with force or violence. A deputy was dispatched to a report of a disturbance in progress on Easy Street. As the deputy attempted to speak with Fuselier about the complaint, Fuselier repeatedly approached the deputy in an aggressive manner and was detained. While detained in the police unit, Fuselier broke a window in the vehicle. During his arrest, Fuselier also kicked a deputy. Fuselier was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Charlotte McNabb, 51, 120 Southeast Boulevard, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on May 30, 2015 at 9:06 am for disturbing the peace (intoxicated) and simple battery. A deputy responded to a report of a disturbance on Southeast Boulevard. The deputy made contact with McNabb and smelled the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. The deputy learned that McNabb pushed a female victim. McNabb was transported to the parish jail for booking. She was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

Trent H. Duhon, 20, 294 Ricohoc Drive, Ricohoc, LA was arrested on May 31, 2015 at 12:00 am for possession of Schedule I drugs and 2 warrants for probation violation. A deputy assigned to patrol the Bayou Vista area observed a vehicle with no illuminated tail lights. The deputy conducted a traffic stop on Southeast Boulevard and made contact with the driver, who was identified as Duhon. The deputy learned that Duhon had two active warrants for his arrest. During a search of Duhon, the deputy located marijuana. The deputy transported Duhon to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Shannon J. Hoffpauir, 34, 806 Scott Street, Jennings, LA was arrested on May 31, 2015 at 9:35 am on a warrant for probation violation. A deputy made contact with Hoffpauir on Highway 90 in the Franklin area and learned of the active warrant for his arrest. No bail is set.

 

Zack Tabb, 20, 134 Beadle Street, Amelia, LA was arrested on May 31, 2015 at 11:56 am for violation of the parish leash law ordinance. A deputy responding to an animal complaint on Beadle Street observed a dog chasing a juvenile who was riding a bicycle. The deputy identified Tabb as the owner of the animal. Tabb was released on a summons to appear in court on August 19, 2015.
