Arrest Report - March 4, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 44 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jeffery Lodrigue, 23, 3478 2nd Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on March 3, 2015 at 2:11 pm on two warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. A deputy transported Lodrigue from the Lafourche Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Bail is set at $200,000.

 

Saddi Verdin, 25, 120 Vacherie Street, Lockport, LA was arrested on March 3, 2015 at 2:29 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for trial on the charges of aggravated assault, theft of goods (under $500), possession of Schedule I, and multiple traffic offenses. . A deputy transported Verdin from the Lafourche Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

 

Mong Tuyen Thi Duval, 29, 504 Williams Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on March 3, 2015 at 9:29 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for trial on the charge of theft of goods (under $500). A deputy made contact with Duval on Arlington Road in Bayou Vista and discovered the active warrant for her arrest. The deputy transported Duval to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Damien Hale, 25, 2128 Becnel Street Lot B, Franklin, LA was arrested on March 3, 2015 at 10:35 pm for domestic abuse battery. A deputy responded to a report of domestic violence at a residence in Franklin. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Hale punched a male victim in the face causing a laceration. The victim refused medical attention. The deputy transported Hale to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
