Arrest Report - January 27, 2015

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 40 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

D'Angelo Prince, 35, was arrested on January 26, 2015 at 9:09 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension and on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. Prince turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin. Prince was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Credrick D. Alexander, 32, 111 Fortier Circle, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on January 26, 2015 at 9:09 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery and domestic abuse battery (child endangerment). While investigating a separate complaint at the above listed address, the deputy made contact with Alexander and learned of the active warrant for his arrest. The warrant was issued following an investigation into a complaint of a domestic disturbance received in October. The responding deputy determined that Alexander grabbed a female victim and pushed her. One of two juveniles in the home contacted 911 during the disturbance. Alexander was not at the scene of the incident upon deputies’ arrival. A warrant for his arrest was obtained following the investigation. Alexander was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:

                                        

Brontriaze Weber, 18, 129 Collins Street, Baldwin, LA was arrested on January 26, 2015 at 3:58 pm for possession of Schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Detectives, with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division were patrolling Highway 182 in the Baldwin area when they observed a vehicle fail to properly signal a turn and conducted a traffic stop. While speaking to the driver and passenger, detectives observed marijuana seeds in a clear bag on the passenger floor board. Detectives received consent to search the vehicle and located a bag under the passenger seat containing synthetic cannabinoids. During a brief investigation, detectives determined that the seeds and synthetic drugs belonged to passenger, Weber. Detectives released Weber on a summons to appear in court on April 7, 2015.

 

Allen Guillotte Jr., 36, 11407 Hwy 182 Apt. B, Garden City, LA was arrested on January 26, 2015 at 4:01 pm for the following offenses:

- Possession of marijuana

- Possession of Schedule IV (Xanax)

- Possession of Schedule IV (Clonazapam)

Narcotics detectives investigating a complaint of illegal drug activity responded to the above listed address and made contact with tenant, Guillotte. Detectives received consent to search the apartment and located Xanax and Clonazapam pills along with several items of drug paraphernalia including glass pipes, a digital scale, and small plastic bags. Guillotte was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $7,000.
