Arrest Report December 17, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:
 

Deidra Espadron, 50, 100 Gates Drive Apt. #11, Franklin, LA was arrested on December 16, 2014 at 8:06 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. A deputy assigned to the Warrants Division located Espadron at her residence on the active warrant. The deputy transported Espadron to the parish jail for booking. Espadron was later released on a $1,000 bond.

 

Donna S. Reed, 43, 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on December 16, 2014 at 3:21 pm for theft. A deputy responded to a report of a theft that occurred at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from store personnel that Reed was seen on video surveillance taking a pre-paid cell phone valued at just under $100 from the business without paying for the item. The deputy made contact with Reed at her residence. Following the investigation, Reed was released on a summons to appear in court on March 11, 2015.

 

Courtney Reedom, 29, 2524 Apple Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on December 16, 2014 at 11:27 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of truant. A deputy assigned to the Warrants Division located Reedom at her residence on the active warrant. The deputy transported Reedom to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Troy Billiot, 27, 5300 Highway 182 West Lot #3, Patterson, LA was arrested on December 16, 2014 at 11:56 pm for domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace.

Michelle Lanclos, 28, 5300 Highway 182 West Lot #3, Patterson, LA was arrested on December 17, 2014 at 12:47 am for domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace.

A deputy responded to the above listed address after receiving a report that screaming was heard coming from inside the residence. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that Billiot, one of the two subjects involved in the disturbance, left the scene. After deputies disseminated a description of the suspect’s vehicle, Berwick Police located and detained Billiot. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Billiot and Lanclos had been engaged in a verbal argument throughout the day. The argument escalated into a fight with Billiot and Lanclos committing a battery upon each other. Both subjects sustained injuries during the altercation but refused medical attention. Both Billiot and Lanclos were transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
                                        

Natasha Holland, 36, 1407 Englewood Drive, Slidell, LA was arrested on December 16, 2014 at 3:57 pm for possession of Schedule II (Percocet) and possession of Schedule IV (Ambien). Narcotics Division Detectives responded to a report of contraband being found at the Fairview Treatment Center in Bayou Vista. During the course of the investigation detectives discovered that Holland was in possession of a Percocet pill and an Ambien pill. Holland was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
