Arrest Report December 12, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 43 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

 

Jimmy Billiot Sr, 41, 831 Degravelle Rd, Amelia LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014, at 9:33am, on a warrant for charges of criminal damage to property (under $500) and a warrant for charges of criminal damage to property (over $500). Billiot turned himself in to the Sheriff’s Office in Franklin after learning of the active warrants for his arrest. The warrants stem from complaints received on October 29, 2014. Deputies learned that Billiot was responsible for slashing vehicle tires at a business in Amelia. He was transported to the parish jail for booking. Billiot was later released on a $10,000 bond.

 

Bianca Mondragon, 24, 5816 North Bayou Black Dr, Gibson LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014 at 9:43am, on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of no child restraint and operating a vehicle without a license. A deputy patrolling the Amelia area conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Duhon Blvd and Joel St. The deputy made contact was made with the driver, identified as Mondragon, and learned of the active warrant for her arrest. Mondragaon was transported to the parish jail for booking. She was released after paying a $349.50 fine.

 

Robyn Blanc, 29, 1313 Middle Rd, Bayou Vista LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014 at 12:49pm on charges of simple arson. Deputies assigned to patrol the Bayou Vista area responded to a complaint of a residential fire on Middle Rd. As the investigation progressed, the deputies determined that Blanc set the fire following a domestic dispute. Blanc was arrested and transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set. The joint investigation is ongoing by the State Fire Marshal’s office, Bayou Vista Volunteer Fire Department and St Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office.

 

Eulalia McCoy, 19, 304 Snead St, Berwick LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014 at 1:02pm, on a warrant issued by the Baldwin Police Department. The warrant was for charges of aggravated second-degree battery. A deputy with the Sheriff’s Office warrants division made contact with McCoy and learned of the active warrant for her arrest. She was transported to the parish jail for booking. McCoy was released on a $5,000 bond.

 

Antoinette Uze, 31, 2113 Becnel St, Franklin LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014 at 8:42pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of amphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana. A deputy assigned to patrol the Franklin area located Uze at her residence. Uze was arrested and transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Larry Morales, 30, 19454 Highway 182, Jeanerette LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014 at 11:13pm for charges of domestic abuse battery and second-degree battery. A deputy assigned to patrol the Jeanerette responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a residence. During the course of the investigation, deputies learned that Morales struck a female victim in the face. Morales also repeatedly struck a male victim. The male victim was transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Morales was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:

                

Kenneth White III, 51, 214 Mars St Apt 5, Bayou Vista LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014 at 4:32pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Detectives received a complaint, detailing illegal drug use at a residence in Bayou Vista. The Detectives searched the residence and found drug paraphernalia in White’s possession. White was placed under arrest and released on a summons to appear in court on March 11, 2015.

 

Greg Hinspeter, 53, 214 Mars St Apt 5, Bayou Vista LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014 at 4:32pm, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Detectives received a complaint, detailing illegal drug use at a residence in Bayou Vista. The Detectives searched the residence and found drug paraphernalia in Hinspeter’s possession. White was placed under arrest and released on a summons to appear in court on March 11, 2015.

 

Derrick Gros, 23, 1039 Landry Ln, Morgan City LA, was arrested on December 11, 2014 at 5:35pm for a warrant on the charge of distribution of marijuana. Detectives conducted a traffic stop in Bayou Vista. The detectives made contact with the driver, identified as Gros, and arrested him on the warrant. Gros was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $75,000. The warrant stems from illegal drug activity reported on March 10, 2014.
