Arrest Report December 5, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 40 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Devron Charatain, 19, 217 Rod Lane, Baldwin LA, was arrested on December 5, 2014 at 1:37pm on the charge of simple battery. A deputy responded to a fight between two students at West St Mary High School. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that a student, Charatain, slapped a female victim. Charatain was transported to the parish jail for booking. He was released on a summons to appear in court on March 11, 2015.

 

Tony Hale, 37, 205 Cedar St, Franklin LA, was arrested on December 4, 2014 at 7:29pm on the following warrants:

- Failure to appaer on charges of distrubing the peace

- Failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks (under $500)

- Failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks (6 counts)

A deputy assigned to patrol the Franklin area located Hale at his residence on the warrants. Hale was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
