Arrest Report November 21, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 36 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Trevor Hebert, 19, 153 Mars Road Apt. #2, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on November 20, 2014 at 8:15 am on a warrant for domestic abuse battery and domestic abuse battery (strangulation). Hebert turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s office in Morgan City after learning of the warrant for his arrest. The warrant stems from an investigation into a report of domestic abuse that occurred at a residence on Mars Road. The deputy learned that during an argument Hebert struck a female victim in the face and also choked her. The deputy transported Hebert to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Scott Louviere, 30, 1370 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on November 20, 2014 at 8:36 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy located Louviere at a business on Highway 182 in Berwick on the warrant and transported him to the parish jail for booking. He was later released on a $3,878.71 bail.

 

Ramus Martin, 48, 9199 Highway 182, Morgan City, LA on five warrants for issuing worthless checks and on a warrant for failure to appear for judgment debtor ruling. Martin turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin. He was released on a summons to appear in court on December 15, 2014.

 

Keith M. Morrison, 28, 9800 Touchton Road Apt. #822, Jacksonville, FL was arrested on November 20, 2014 at 4:21 pm for signal lamps and signal devices required and driving under suspension. A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area observed a vehicle with painted tail lights and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Morrison, and subsequently learned that he was driving with a suspended license. The deputy transported Morrison to the parish jail for booking. He was later released on a $1,250 bond.

 

Juvenile male, 11, Amelia, LA was arrested on November 20, 2014 at 6:11 pm for aggravated assault. A deputy responded to a residence in Amelia in reference to a complaint of a subject pointing a gun at some other subjects. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that the juvenile male pointed a pellet pistol at another juvenile and an adult male following an argument between the two juveniles. The arrested juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Tommy Donati, 32, 2820 Second Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on November 20, 2014 at 9:50 pm on a warrant for probation violation and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft. A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area made contact with Donati who was walking on Clarke Road and learned of the active warrants for his arrest. The deputy transported Donati to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
