Arrest Report November 17, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 130 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Treyvions Rouchon, 17, 2105 Chatsworth Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on November 14, 2014 at 11:14 am for disturbing the peace (fighting).

Dereke Guilbeau, Jr., 17, 619 Hamm Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on November 14, 2014 at 11:14 am for disturbing the peace (fighting).

Jaiondrick Lovely, 17, 1513 Gum Street #18 Franklin, LA was arrested on November 14, 2014 at 11:14 am for disturbing the peace (fighting).

A deputy investigating a fight that occurred Thursday evening at West St. Mary High School identified the three subjects as those involved in the altercation. The subjects were transported to the parish jail for booking. Rouchon, Guilbeau, and Lovely were later released on $500 bonds.

 

Christopher Miller, 29, 130 Township Lane Apt. A 102 Lafayette, LA was arrested on November 14, 2014 at 3:11 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of Schedule I (marijuana). A deputy transported Miller from the Lafayette Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville on the warrant. Bail is set at $5,000.

 

Alonda Turner, 38, 2674 Fourth Street Berwick, LA was arrested on November 14, 2014 at 5:17 pm on two warrants for issuing worthless checks. A deputy conducting a traffic stop in Bayou Vista made contact with Turner and learned of the active warrants for her arrest. Turner was released on a summons to appear in court on February 10, 2015.

 

Tenika Andrews, 32, 2509 Elm Street Lot C Lake Charles, LA was arrested on November 14, 2014 at 6:43 pm for domestic abuse battery. Deputies responded to a 911 call of a disturbance that occurred outside of a vehicle parked on Highway 90 in the Centerville area. Deputies located the suspect vehicle travelling in the Franklin area and conducted a traffic stop. During the course of the investigation, deputies learned that Andrews punched a male victim during an argument. Andrews was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Beau Boudreaux, 36, 210 Mars Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on November 15, 2014 at 6:36 am on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. While investigating an unrelated complaint, a deputy made contact with Boudreaux and learned of the active warrant for his arrest. The deputy released Boudreaux on a summons to appear in court on February 10, 2015.

Earl E. Allen, Jr., 50, 121 Emy Lane #57 Patterson, LA was arrested on November 16, 2014 at 2:47 am for domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace.

Candice Givens, 41, 121 Emy Lane #57 Patterson, LA was arrested on November 16, 2014 at 2:47 am for domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace.

A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a business on Highway 182 in Amelia. Upon arrival, the deputy observed two subjects engaged in an altercation. During the subsequent investigation, the deputy learned that Allen and Givens were arguing when they committed a battery upon each other. Both subjects were transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Mark Evans, 50, 2419 Cypress Street Morgan City, LA was arrested on November 16, 2014 at 3:36 pm for domestic abuse battery (child endangerment).

Doresa M. Bland, 24, 2419 Cypress Street Morgan City, LA was arrested on November 16, 2014 at 3:28 pm for domestic abuse battery (child endangerment).

A deputy responded to a disturbance in progress at a residence on Cypress Street in Morgan City. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Evans and Bland committed a battery upon each other during an argument. Several children were present in the home during the altercation. Bland was released on a summons to appear in court on February 10, 2015. Evans was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
