Arrest Report November 3, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 123 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Kane A. Wiggins, 22, 410 Henry Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on October 31, 2014 at 1:34 pm on a warrant for unauthorized use of a moveable. A deputy located Wiggins at a residence on Chestnut Street in Morgan City on the warrant. The deputy transported Wiggins to the parish jail for booking. Wiggins was released on a $2000 bond.

 

Beau Rodrigue, 17, 210 Edith Street, Houma, LA was arrested on October 31, 2014 at 2:41 pm for theft of goods. A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from store personnel that Rodrigue was seen taking items from packaging in an attempt to steal the goods from the store. Rodrigue was released on a summons to appear in court on January 26, 2015.

 

Darnell D. Phillips, 34, 1148 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on October 31, 2014 at 9:42 pm for disturbing the peace (intoxicated). A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance at the above listed residence and made contact with Phillips. While speaking with Phillips, the deputy smelled the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath. Throughout the interaction, Phillips continually cursed and yelled. The deputy transported Phillips to the parish jail for booking. Phillips was later released on a $500 bond.

 

Sidney Elair, 56, 8509 Highway 90 Frontage Road, Centerville, LA was arrested on November 1, 2014 at 12:02 pm for disturbing the peace (intoxication) and at 8:58 pm for terrorizing. A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance at the above listed residence. Upon arrival, the deputy observed Elair yelling at other subjects in the area. The deputy made contact with Elair and detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. Elair was transported to the parish jail for booking and was later released on a summons to appear in court on January 26, 2015. Later that same evening, a deputy responded to another complaint at the residence. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Elair made threats against another subject’s life. The deputy transported Elair to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

 

Allen Guillotte, Jr., 46, 11407 Highway 182 Apt. B, Franklin, LA was arrested on November 1, 2014 at 11:33 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. A deputy made contact with Guillotte on Chatsworth Road in Franklin and learned of the active warrant for his arrest. Guillotte was transported to the parish jail for booking. He was released on a $334.50 bail.

 

Destiny Landry, 39, 511 Joey Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on November 2, 2014 at 1:14 am on a warrant for criminal damage to property. A deputy made contact with Landry on Beau Lane and learned of the active warrant for his arrest. Landry was transported to the parish jail and was later released on a $500 bond.

 

Corey L. Hills, 29, 5908 Sandez Road, New Iberia, LA was arrested on November 2, 2014 at 7:55 am for possession of Schedule I (marijuana). A deputy responded to a request to remove a subject from a location on Highway 90 in Amelia. During the course of the investigation, the deputy made contact with Hills and found him to be in possession of the drug. Hills was transported to the parish jail for booking. He was later released on a summons to appear in court on January 26, 2014.
