St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Detectives find evidence connecting Russell Anthony Richard Jr to the 2016 death of 45- year old Reynell Lockett Richard of Baldwin LA. Detectives obtained a warrant for Russell Richard’s arrest on the charge of 2nd Degree Murder. Richard remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville.
