Arrest Report September 30, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 24 hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 40 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

James Guillot, 70, 232 Sanaren Street, Charenton, LA was arrested on September 29, 2014 at 10:59 am on a warrant for criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, and theft. The warrant stems from a June complaint of theft and trespassing at a residence on Sanaren Street. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Guillot entered the property and took some bricks. Guillot also destroyed a fence at the same location. A deputy located Guillot at his residence on the warrant. Guillot was released on a summons to appear in court on November 24, 2014.

 

 

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:

                                        

Raymond Levine, 54, Cayce Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 29, 2014 at 8:22 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Detectives of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division observed a subject near the dumpster of a business on Highway 182 in Franklin. Detectives made contact with the subject, identified as Levine, and located a pipe used to smoke crack on his person. Levine was released on a summons to appear in court on November 24, 2014.

 

 

Ricky Glynn, 51, 204 California Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on September 29, 2014 at 9:10 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids, third offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua LaCoste, 39, 204 California Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on September 29, 2014 at 9:10 pm for possession of marijuana, third offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Megan Fisher, 26, 204 California Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on September 29, 2014 at 9:10 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric Leleaux, 48, 3370 4th Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on September 29, 2014 at 9:10 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids, third offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric Leleaux, Jr., 21, 3370 4th Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on September 29, 2014 at 9:10 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division Detectives, with the assistance of the Berwick Police Department, went to 204 California Street to conduct an investigation into a complaint of illegal drug activity (synthetic cannabinoids). Upon arrival, detectives made contact with the tenants of the residence and received consent to search the location. Detectives located synthetic marijuana, marijuana, and rolling papers inside the residence. During the course of the investigation, detectives learned that the subjects at the residence were smoking synthetic cannabinoids prior to detectives’ arrival. Fisher and Leleaux Jr. were released on summonses to appear in court on November 24, 2014. Leleaux, Glynn, and LaCoste were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.
