Arrest Report - June 13, 2017

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Frank Keller, Jr., 29, 133 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on June 12, 2017 at 2:15 pm on a warrant for 2 counts of domestic abuse battery (child endangerment law). On June 11, 2017, a deputy responded to a report of domestic abuse at a residence in Bayou Vista. The deputy found evidence that Keller and a female subject were involved in an argument when Keller struck the female victim in the face. The deputy also found evidence that Keller grabbed a juvenile by the arm. There were 2 juveniles at the residence when the battery occurred. Following the investigation, the deputy obtained a warrant for Keller’s arrest. Keller was located at his residence and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking.

 

Brandon Romero, 33, 115 Gibbs Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on June 12, 2017 at 7:04 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal trespassing. A deputy was dispatched to a report of trespassing on property on Cote Blanche Road. The deputy encountered a subject walking on Louisiana Road and identified him as Romero. The deputy located the active warrant for his arrest and transported him to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Romero was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

Kenneth Evans, III, 37, 416 Mike Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on June 12, 2017 at 11:13 pm on the following warrants:

  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated
  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charge resisting a police officer with force or violence and battery on a police officer
  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charge resisting a police officer with force or violence and battery on a police officer
  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family
  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family

A correctional officer booking Evans at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center located the active warrants for his arrest. No bail is set.

 

Christopher Adams, 42, 2602 Lake Palourde Road, Lot #10, Morgan City, LA was arrested on June 12, 2017 at 8:15 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and improper turning. While booking Adams into the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, a correctional officer located the active warrant for his arrest. No bail is set.

 

Curstone Alfred, 41, 298 Eves Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on June 13, 2017 at 1:48 am on a warrant for 2 counts of simple assault. On May 17, 2017, a deputy responded to a report of harassment. The deputy collected evidence that Alfred made threats against a female victim’s life by text message. The deputy obtained a warrant for Alfred’s arrest. Alfred was located at a business in Amelia on the warrant and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $2,000.
